  1. Choose Edit Smart Lists from the Entry menu to open a dialog box where you can add, modify, and delete terms in any smart list.  Select the smart list you want to change from the box on the left.

  3. To add a term to the selected smart list, type the name in the text box and click Add.  If you want the term to appear in the pop-up menu in the Data Entry dialog box, click next to it in the Show In Data Entry Menu column.

  5. To modify a term, select it from the right-hand list and edit it in the text box.  Then click Modify.

  7. To delete a term, select it from the right-hand list and click Delete.

  9. All the terms don’t have to appear in the smart list pop-up menus.  To remove a term from a menu, click next to it in the Do Not Show In Data Entry Menu column.
